Unfortunately, it always rains when I visit Bayonne, France. This Bayonne, France video features the Cloister of the Cathedrale de Saint-Maire de Bayonne.

ATV003 - Rodin Museum Gardens in Paris, France.

Armchair Traveler TV - Episode #3
The Gardens of the Rodin Museum.  Paris, France.

The gardens at the Musee Rodin in Paris, France are some of my favorite in the world. These beautiful gardens feature some of the best artwork in Paris, France, the sculptures of Auguste Rodin.

You can find this Museum in Paris, France at
Musée Rodin - 79, rue de Varenne - 75007 Paris

Fax : +33 (0)1 44 18 61 30

Métro (line 13) : Varenne or Invalides
R.E.R (line C) : Invalides
Bus : 69, 82, 87, 92
Parking : Bd des Invalides

The following text comes from the Rodin Museum's website.

The Rodin Museum possesses about six thousand and six hundred sculptures. These works, in terracotta, plaster, bronze, marble, wax, molten glass, stoneware, etc, are shared between the Hôtel Biron in Paris, and the Villa des Brillants in Meudon. When the Museum was first established, it was decided to exhibit the finished marble and bronze sculptures in Paris, while the plasters would remain in Meudon as a testimony to the genesis of Rodin's works. The situation has not changed much since then. In Meudon, visitors can delve into the mysteries of artistic creation while at the Hôtel Biron they can admire the major works of the sculptor, skilfully arranged in the Museum rooms and the garden in a complementary game of reflections. The 1916 donation of marble and bronze sculptures has been enriched by gifts, acquisitions, casts made by the Museum (The Gates of Hell, Ugolino, etc) and finally deposits of works which belonged to the State and were placed in the Rodin Museum in 1919 or later. These include the two most famous works of the Museum, The Kiss and The Thinker. Porte de L'enfer, Ugolin, le Baiser, Le Penseur.

The China Question by Brook Silva-Braga. World Premiere

My 5-Hour friend, Brook Silva-Braga is an incredible documentary filmmaker.  His film "A Map for Saturday" is one of the finest films ever made about travel.

"The China Question" is his new documentary which aired tonight on CNBC.  It deals with the complex issues between the United States and China, drawing on over two years of Silva-Braga's travels in China and middle-America.

Here is the trailer.

I will supply a detailed review and hopefully an interview with Brook after I've received a DVD copy in mid-June. But for now, just check out the trailer.
